Scholarship Opportunity

The Rennard Strickland School of Tribal Law and Criminal Justice at Bacone College is pleased to offer scholarship funding to cover any student in a State (all 50, D.C. and territories) or the National High School Mock Trial Championship who has a 3.0 GPA or higher  and an interest in law. Annual tuition is $10,910 per academic year, and this is the amount that will be awarded as a scholarship. The baseline admission requirements for Bacone College are found in the Catalog.

The 2012 National Mock Trial Rules consist of three sections: the Rules of the Competition, the National High School Mock Trial Rules of Evidence, and, the Forms.

The Rules of the Competition explain how the competition is conducted what the judging criteria are, how the power matching scoring system works, time limits and much more.

The National High School Mock Trial Rules of Evidence explain the evidentiary issues that arise in mock trial, and they have been simplified for use in the program.

The Forms section includes the official mock trial ballot, explanation of presentation ratings, presiding and scoring judge checklists, outstanding attorney/witness nomination forms and team rosters.

To access the rules, you'll need Adobe Acrobat© Reader. If you already have Acrobat Reader, you may go to the Rules. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, click here to download it for free.
